PRE-ORDER: TERMS & HOW IT WORKS

1. What is Pre-Order?

A pre-order means you are purchasing items in advance of their immediate availability. This secures the item for you before it is officially delivered to our inventory. Once the pre-order period has officially ended, we begin the ordering process directly from South Korea.

Please note that delivery generally takes 3–4 WEEKS after the pre-order period is closed.

2. Pre-Order Offer Structure

Our special launch offer includes two types of discounts that combine to maximize your savings:

Base Discount (Pre-Order Items Only)
  • All pre-order items are priced at least 15% off the original price.
  • The reduced price is already shown on each product page. You do not need a discount code.
Tier Perks (Entire Order Savings)

These perks are applied to your entire order when you meet the item count:

Applies to ALL items on our website (Pre-Order + In-Stock items).

  • 2 items → Free Shipping
  • 3 items → An extra 15% off your entire order
  • 5+ items → An extra 20% off your entire order

NOTE ON SAVINGS: Tier Perks are automatically applied to your order total at checkout. Both discounts are applied for maximum savings, and the system handles the calculation automatically.

Key Terms and Policies

PRE-ORDER PERIOD

The offers detailed above are ONLY VALID during this window:

  • OPENS: 4/10 at 17:00 (5:00 PM)
  • CLOSES: 7/10 at 23:59 (11:59 PM)
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
  • Pre-order items will take 3–4 WEEKS for delivery after the pre-order period closes on 7/10.
  • If your order includes both Pre-Order and In-Stock items, we will dispatch the entire shipment once all items have arrived.
OUT OF STOCK (OOS) POLICY

Due to the fast-moving nature of the Korean wholesale market, some items may become Out of Stock even after the pre-order has begun. In the event an item is OOS, Mikari will:

  1. REFUND the amount for the affected item(s), or
  2. CONTACT THE CUSTOMER to confirm if they prefer to wait for restock (where possible).
PAYMENT

FULL PAYMENT is required at the time of pre-order to confirm your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • All pre-order sales are considered FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
  • Refunds for items that become OOS will be processed within 1–3 business days.

Mikari & Co reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions (T&C) in case of unforeseen issues with stock, logistics, or shipping.
