At Mikari & Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have crafted this policy to assist you with any returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth process.

Our Commitment to Quality
Mikari & Co. takes pride in the quality of our products. All items undergo a thorough quality inspection before shipment to ensure they meet our high standards.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Rights
Our policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). 
Under the ACL, if an item has a major problem, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. If an item has a minor problem, we will repair it or offer a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Exchanges and Store Credit (Incorrect Sizing)
For returns due to incorrect sizing, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size of the same style, subject to stock availability. If an exchange for the same style and size is not possible due to stock limitations, a store credit will be issued.  Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and notify us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item or package, or an incorrect item. Please provide a picture and explanation of the issue, along with your order number, photos, or videos to support@mikarico.com.au.

If you have received an incorrect item, you will be eligible for a full refund upon its return.

We do not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. Mikari & Co. reserves the right to determine whether the damage to any clothing is a genuine fault. 

If an item is deemed to have a manufacturing defect, you will be offered a replacement item, refund, or store credit at no additional cost, in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Return Conditions (for Exchanges and Store Credit)
The following conditions apply to returns for exchanges and store credit: 

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, you must lodge your return request within 7 days of the date of delivery of your order. Once your request is lodged, the items must be posted back to us within 7 days of lodging the request. Any items received after this timeframe will be returned to the customer, and the customer will be contacted to arrange payment for the return postage costs before the item is dispatched back to them. 

All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and unstained, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Items soiled with make-up, dirt, food, tanning products, perfume, or similar will not be accepted.

  • Full-priced items are eligible for online exchange for a different size of the same style (subject to stock availability) or store credit. 
  • Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty.

Store Credit Policy
Please note that items returned for store credit are not eligible for a second return or exchange. We kindly ask customers to choose their replacements carefully, as store credit can only be used once per transaction. If you have any concerns about sizing or product details, please feel free to reach out to our team before making your selection.

Store credit issued for exchange items must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of issue.

Return Process and Costs
To initiate a return, please email support@mikarico.com.au with your order number and proof of purchase (receipt). Please do not attempt to return any products before arranging a return with us.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable). Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless the product is faulty or not as described. In the event of a major fault or defect, we will cover the return shipping costs. All returns must comply with our return policy, and items must be returned in their original condition.

Once the returned items have been received, they will undergo a quality inspection. Upon approval, you will receive your exchange, store credit or refund, as applicable, on the purchase price.

A standard return shipping fee of $15 AUD will be applied to all returns within Australia (one way, for the return to us only; reshipping to you is not covered by Mikari & Co.).
