Delivery Policies

At Mikari & Co., we are committed to delivering your products efficiently and securely. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery times, and important information regarding your order's journey.

Order Processing
We understand you're eager to receive your items! We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Costs
We ship Australia-wide. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order's final value, weight, and destination.

Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.00 AUD within Australia. This applies to the final order value after any discounts have been applied.

Standard Shipping: For orders under $100.00 AUD, a flat rate of $10.00 AUD applies for standard shipping.

Express Shipping: If you need your items sooner, you can opt for express shipping for a flat rate of $15.00 AUD.

Delivery Times
We use Australia Post as our trusted courier. While we make reasonable efforts to deliver products in a timely manner, delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as postal or courier delays.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery will vary between 2 - 8 business days domestically to metro areas (possibly longer to regional or rural areas) of dispatch. 
  • Express Shipping: Express deliveries typically arrive within 2 - 4 business days of dispatch.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your order once it has been sent, along with your tracking number. Please ensure you check your junk or spam folder, as these emails can sometimes land there.

Incorrect Address
You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at the time of order. If you believe the address may be incorrect, please email us immediately at support@mikarico.com.au, and we will do our best to assist. However, once your order has left the warehouse, we cannot redirect it.

If orders are undeliverable and returned to us for any reason, we will either offer to redeliver and charge a redelivery fee, or issue a refund less original shipping and handling costs (costs will vary depending on the final destination).

Authority to Leave (ATL)
When you provide authority to leave, you are allowing Australia Post to leave your package unattended at your address without a signature.

Please note:

  • If the carrier believes the location is not secure, they will not leave the package unattended.
  • If you opt to leave your order unattended, Mikari & Co. will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Delivery Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, external factors can cause delays. We will communicate any significant delays within 2 business days and provide updated timeframes. Please contact us at support@mikarico.com.au if your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe.
